Biography
Sean is a Principal at Lee & Associates – Long Beach specializing in the sale and leasing of retail, office, and investment properties with a focus on the Greater Long Beach, South Bay, and West Orange County markets. His in-depth market knowledge, strong work ethic, and consistent communication strategy have established his exceptional reputation in the industry. He provides his clients with advisory services such as tenant/landlord representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and repositioning of underperforming & underutilized assets.
Prior to joining the Long Beach office full-time, Sean gained experience early on working in both the Santa Barbara and Long Beach offices while completing his undergraduate education. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Sean is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He is among an elite group of real estate professionals that achieve the distinction internationally.
